- Standard Container: All plants are vigorous, pest-free, well-rooted specimens grown in 3-inch deep pots, established and ready for immediate potting up upon arrival.
- Culture: Grown under natural Western New York conditions with integrated pest management (IPM) practices.

## Shipping & Live Arrival Policies
- Method: Dispatched via USPS Priority Mail and expedited parcel carriers. Shipments dispatch early in the week (Mondays and Tuesdays) to prevent weekend depot delays.
- Cold Weather Protocols: Currently monitored according to ambient temperatures in Western NY and destination zip codes. High-density insulated foam liners and 72-hour UniHeat packs are utilized for low-temperature transit windows.
- Temperature Cutoffs: Orders are held when extreme weather (lows below freezing or highs above 100°F) threatens live plant health.
